- Design Intent: To create a first class modern theater, returning Henry Miller’s Theater to service as a legitimate Broadway venue
- Location: 124 West 43rd St. New York, NY
- Completed: 2009
- Size: 50,000 SF
- Landmarked Facade built in 1918 by Allen, Ingalls and Hoffman Architects
- Description: New Interiors in new construction, Restored Landmarked facade
- Awards: LEED Gold Certified, First LEED certified Broadway Theater
