  • Design Intent: To create a first class modern theater, returning Henry Miller’s Theater to service as a legitimate Broadway venue
  • Location: 124 West 43rd St. New York, NY
  • Completed: 2009
  • Size: 50,000 SF
  • Landmarked Facade  built in 1918 by Allen, Ingalls and Hoffman Architects
  • Description: New Interiors in new construction, Restored Landmarked facade
  • Awards: LEED Gold Certified, First LEED certified Broadway Theater
